The position demands energetic, enthusiastic individuals with excellent people skills, the ability to manage stress, and experience working with children and children's events. • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience in event coordination or customer service • Ability to stand for long periods • Ability to move throughout the store • Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach and stretch regularly • Ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders safely • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and early mornings • Must comply with federal, state and local legal requirements • Ability to maintain a positive and respectful demeanor in difficult situations • Ability to perform physical tasks as required • Must be willing to participate in training and cross-training efforts
