The mission of our Retail Event Management Trainee is to master the daily operations for our promotional campaigns and exposure through in-person promotional campaigns. Retail Event Management Trainee Responsibilities: • Implement promotional campaigns and brand awareness strategies by interacting with the clients’ consumers and personally generate exposure by providing relevant product information • Attend in-office meetings to remain current on all product knowledge, brand awareness and promotional techniques, and new Business Development goals • Assist colleague Marketing Representatives and Business Development team in achieving customer acquisition and sales goals • Engage with customers in a friendly and informational manner • Attend training seminars on all current promotional campaigns, product knowledge, and compliance to apply it during customer interactions • Communicate properly and effectively in a professional manner to convey the brand message • Brand display set-up and tear-down • Inventory management and forecasting of event sales
