We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Event Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role requires fundamental knowledge of hospitality and management experience, as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: • Respond and answer all new lead inquiries, prepare quotes and proposals for new clients, and proactively seek out new clients for weddings and events through various channels. • Conduct venue tours for prospective clients, showcasing the unique features and amenities of our venue, and develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, providing personalized service to understand their needs and preferences. • Create and implement strategies to increase bookings and enhance the venue's visibility in the wedding market, and stay on top of trends in the wedding industry.
