The Sales and Event Production Specialist is responsible for driving sales and ensuring the seamless execution of events. • Effectively close sales and assure process is followed for securing a date and collecting timely deposits/payments, and signature of the contract. • Work closely with the culinary, service and operations staff in the coordination of events to ensure flawless execution of event plan. • Prepare banquet event orders for interdepartmental communication.
