About The Role Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our dynamic Commercial team as a Sales and Event Coordinator. What You Will Do • Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls to Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage, and Executive Office • Prepare accurate written correspondence including letters, contracts, reports, banquet event orders, schedule of events, printed menus, and emails using MS Word, Delphi, Docusign • Maintain Delphi accounts, including traces, creating and updating bookings, manipulating events in the function diary and the preparation of banquet event orders • Maintain the various Sales and Catering file systems, both electronic and paper distribution, including Account Files, Addendums, Contracts, Vendor Resource Files and Resumes.
