In the Event Managers’ absence, the Sales and Events Coordinator supervises the Event Operations Associates. The Sales and Events Coordinator reports to the Senior Director of Sales and works closely with other team members across the organization to promote the Museum’s mission of advancing the public understanding of organized crime’s history and impact on American society. Support the Sales and Events team with administrative functions, including answering phones, ordering office equipment, collecting payments, serving as project manager when assigned, preparing marketing materials, and running assigned reports. Experience / Qualifications / Requirements Must be able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as a diverse array of clients.
