The Sales and Events Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for group dining and event sales for Hotel and Restaurant. The Manager will develop infrastructure to maximize sales opportunities, develop sustainable relationships within target groups and ultimately generate business for the restaurants. • Collect and share client feedback with the management team. • Develop and implement sales and marketing goals and strategies to increase overall and private event business, in tandem with the Senior Director of Events. Knowledge, Skills And Experience • Three to five years of private dining or catering sales, restaurant event coordination or retail experience is required.
