The scope of this position includes managing all prospect leads, event planning & implementation of event details, inbound & outbound sales calls, dissemination of accurate & timely information, scheduling & conducting meetings with clients, managing Event Coordination as the client-to-team liaison, demonstrating expertise in all business facts, website, public content, seasonal menus, packages, pricing. The Sales & Event Coordinator manages databases & calendars, has excellent problem solving skills, record keeping, written/verbal communication skills, impeccable internal & external client interfacing, maintains vendor relationships, explains the company’s views, brand, menus, products & services while driving the company’s sales & revenue goals, attends Leadership meetings & community events, and other duties as assigned. The Sales & Event Coordinator is a steward of the brand The Kitchen, upholds all handbook policies and event standards. Perform Event coordination duties for key events as the brand ambassador and event liaison between the client and our team. • Meetings & Information Dissemination - Participate in Leadership meetings to evaluate event details to ensure they are understood, pre-planned, can be executed to our level of brand standards and is a good fit for our revenue model and business needs.
