JOB TITLE: Sales & Events Coordinator REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing & Sales and Group Sales Department Manager DEPARTMENT: Marketing PAY RATE: $19.50 per hour ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS: Until May 18th 2026 ANTICIPATED FILL DATE: Until April 18th 2026 JOB SUMMARY: Create memorable guest experiences by delivering exceptional service, supporting sales efforts, and assisting with event coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping guests, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team. • Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for guest questions, concerns, and online feedback • Provide warm, professional service while handling inbound and outbound sales calls • Support communication and coordination for large groups, celebrations, and special events • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest, client, and prospect records • Assist with planning and executing events in partnership with multiple departments to ensure seamless guest experience • Maintain a welcoming, clean, and professional workspace that reflects our commitment to guests
