The Senator John Heinz History Center is seeking a Sales & Events Coordinator to join their dynamic team of event professionals. The Sales & Events Coordinator provides on-site management of events including taking sales appointments, contract negotiations, coordinating event details with private and corporate clients, providing day-of coordination of events, and post-event follow-up. Director of Events and are responsible for the set-up and tear-down of events. Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.
