The Sales & Event Manager is a dynamic and client-facing role responsible for driving revenue, managing client relationships, and executing exceptional events that reflect the quality, creativity, and service standards of 41Fork Hospitality and its family of brands, including Noble Catering & Events, NEAT, Pearl & Cade, and others. They will work closely with culinary, operations, and leadership teams to ensure every event is seamless, on-brand, and profitable. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys both the art of selling and the craft of event execution.This position earns a base salary + commission for events detailed. • Collaborate with the Senior Sales Manager to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Event Planning & Execution • Create detailed event proposals, budgets, timelines, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for each event.
