In this role, the Event Planner will orchestrate multiple weekly B2B events to engage with local businesses and corporate decision-makers. The Planner will also coordinate a monthly open house event to provide prospective clients with an inviting and informative experience. • high school diploma or equivalent • 1-3 years of experience in event planning, community outreach, or B2B marketing • excellent organizational skills • strong communication and interpersonal skills • ability to work both independently and as part of a team • familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • passion for health, fitness, and wellness sectors • ability to manage multiple events simultaneously • reliable transportation for attending offsite networking and events
