This position will be based at our Bakersfield, California location and will report directly to the Event Center Manager. The Sales & Marketing position at Milan Event Center offers a competitive salary range of $75,000-$95,000 per year, paid bi-weekly. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase event bookings and drive revenue growth • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets • Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of Milan Event Center • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring the profitability of events • Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure a seamless event experience for clients • Utilize various marketing channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and advertisements, to promote Milan Event Center and attract new clients • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and build relationships • Track and report on sales metrics and provide regular updates to the Event Center Manager
