Sales & Personal Assistant

In The Mix Events is looking for a full-time Office & Pesonal Assitant that does some Sales, to help grow our event business through networking, client meetings, and relationship-based sales. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong sales background and experience in the events, AV, wedding, or entertainment industry. Generate new business through networking, referrals, outreach, and relationship-building Represent In The Mix Events at networking events, industry events, and client meetings Meet with prospective clients to learn about their event needs, goals, and budget Recommend services and packages based on the client’s event vision Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Manage the sales process from initial contact through booking Prepare proposals, quotes, and other sales-related materials Maintain organized records of leads, conversations, and next steps Build trust with event professionals and potential clients and provide excellent customer service Work closely with leadership to support business growth and improve sales efficiency Previous sales experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable networking and meeting with clients in person Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor Strong organizational and follow-up skills Self-motivated and proactive Ability to work full-time in person in Oxnard, CA Experience in the events, AV, wedding, hospitality, or entertainment industry strongly preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Work Location
