Seasonal Catering Event Staff

Groovin' Gourmets is the catering division of Trolley Hospitality Companies, a Richmond-based hospitality group serving the greater Richmond and Hampton Roads regions. Our commitment to quality extends beyond the food--we believe our success starts with our people. Event Servers: Assist in all aspects of set-up and break-down, including lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 75 pounds. Event Bartenders: Review the event worksheet before arriving at the event--be knowledgeable about the event you are working, timeline, bar type, food, etc. Maintain good communication with the event host.
