Join a marketing team supporting a large corporate conference in Downtown Seattle! You’ll help bring a specialty swag and gift bag experience to life by welcoming attendees, helping them navigate different stations, and creating a memorable experience from start to finish.
This is a fun, high-energy event where no two interactions are exactly alike. You’ll be part of a team that helps attendees enjoy the event while representing the brand in a positive and engaging way. Free parking and meals are provided during the event!
This is a temporary opportunity running September 21-24, making it a great option for friendly, outgoing professionals looking for short-term work and a fun event environment.
**Event Ambassador Duties**:
- Greet and engage with conference attendees in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
- Scan attendee badges and assist with event check-in activities.
- Operate a heat press machine to customize specialty swag.
- Guide attendees to additional stations and help them navigate the swag experience.
- Create a fun, welcoming, and engaging experience for every guest.
**Schedule**:
- Monday September 21st through Thursday September 24th
- 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- 12-hour shifts
**Pay**:
- $25.00 per hour
**Event Ambassador Requirements**:
- At least 6 months of recent customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and remain active for a 12-hour shift.
- Comfortable engaging with customers in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with a large number of people.
