Seminar & Events Coordinator 📍 Perrysburg, OH

Citizen Advisory Group is looking for an experienced, polished event professional to own two equally important pillars of our relationship-building and guest experience: a full calendar of company events and our educational seminar program.

This is a role for someone who brings ideas to the table, runs with them, and delivers exceptional experiences from concept through completion — while building the kind of relationships that turn a great experience into a lasting connection.

Compensation: $52,000 - $60,0000

What you'll do:

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Own the planning and execution of CAG events — from original concept through post-event evaluationManage every moving piece: timelines, venues, vendors, catering, budgets, materials, technology, and logisticsServe as the host and face of events, delivering seamless day-of execution and a world-class guest experience

𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘀 & 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

Own the full seminar lifecycle — planning, hosting, and presenting to groups of ~30–50Build genuine rapport and apply consultative sales skill to guide qualified guests toward a complimentary consultationCoordinate with advisors and manage timely post-event follow-through

What you bring:

Proven event-planning experience, from budgeting through flawless day-of executionA self-starter's ownership — you anticipate needs, solve problems, and drive projects to completion without close supervisionConfident hosting and public-speaking presenceStrong relationship-building and consultative sales confidenceSharp organization and the ability to juggle competing priorities
