Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of diverse catering events, including corporate functions, weddings, and social gatherings. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget, translating their needs into memorable event experiences. Develop detailed event proposals, floor plans, timelines, and staffing schedules. Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams (culinary, service, sales) to ensure seamless coordination and delivery. Oversee event setup, on-site management, and breakdown, ensuring all aspects meet the highest standards. Conduct client tastings and menu planning sessions, offering creative and tailored culinary suggestions. Manage event budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring profitability.
