Senior Catering & Events Service Manager

The Senior Catering & Events Manager is responsible for leading the operational planning, coordination, and execution of all assigned revenue-generating events. The Senior Catering & Events Manager translates event strategy and sales vision into flawless operational execution, partnering closely with the Director of Food and Beverage, Director of Sales, Senior Club Event Manager, and Club operational departments to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality member and client experiences. · Develop and maintain Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), event diagrams, timelines, and operational worksheets to ensure accuracy and consistency. · Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
