Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort in Tucson, Arizona, seeks a Conference Services Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of corporate meetings and social events, from planning to execution, and to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. You will lead catering events, manage BEOs, collaborate with clients to realize their vision, supervise staff, monitor budgets and quality standards, and work with culinary and events teams to deliver seamless, memorable experiences.
