This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants. getting restaurants onsite and access to the building Gain competency with Fooda's technology and standard operations proceduresProblem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communicationTroubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale (POS) system, onsite technology, and TV menu boardsConduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coachingProvide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumerFacilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high qualityEscalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solveCritical hours are Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm) 35 - 40 hours per week Who You Are: You love building relationships with customers and enjoy customer serviceYou are friendly, high energy and love interacting with other peopleYou are savvy with technology and will be comfortable in a fast-paced start-upYou are resourceful, exhibit grace under pressure, and know you're capable of finding solutionsYou are a strong communicator and self-starterYou are organized and detail oriented.
