This role requires a blend of leadership, organizational competence, and exceptional customer service skills to deliver memorable experiences for our guests. • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded throughout the planning and execution phases. • Internal Relationship Management: Frequent and often communication with the Director of Banquet and Executive Chef to ensure client requests are met and executed to liking. • Proficiency in event management software; preferred experience in CI/TY • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; additional certifications in event planning or project management are advantageous.
