• Responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, including communication with clients, vendors, and hotel staff. • Act as a liaison between the customer and operations departments of the hotel to ensure a successful event for the clients. • Assist in contacting clients and timely collection of all deposits for catering events. • Assist the Director of Events with the development and training of other events managers and coordinators. • Ability to step in and act on behalf of the director of events with groups, contacts, or group functions.
