Coordinate, plan and execute a variety of school events for current and potential clientsAttend meetings as required to complete planning for each eventMonitoring of customer satisfaction before, during and after each event to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded.Undertake an event manager role on events as required throughout the school yearComplete applicable sales/business development reports in order for senior management to monitor achievement of targetMonitor and provide feedback as requested on customer, market, and competitor activityDevelopment and implementation of sales/marketing plans and strategiesPromoting company Programs and Packages to current and potential accounts.
