This role involves strategic planning and execution of Deloitte meetings and events, focusing on in-person events in the West Region. The ideal candidate will have advanced meeting and event planning experience from sourcing, contract negotiation, logistics management, and flawless execution. The team works collaboratively to provide end-to-end solutions for all Deloitte meeting and event needs. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional client service with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach • Forecast management and impeccable data integrity • Liaison between meeting stakeholders, vendors, registration, procurement, and operations teams • Source appropriate venues and negotiate contracts with off-site venues and event vendors • Develop, review, and approve detailed specifications for hotel or venue operations This is an opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our clients and guests.
