Senior Events Contractor

A company is looking for a Senior Events Contractor to design, plan, and execute their presence at key events in 2025. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of attendance at two major conferences Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and event promotion for a flagship developer event Develop timelines, budgets, and evaluate event success based on KPIs Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience managing B2B or developer-focused events Proven project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines Detail-oriented with extensive experience in event logistics Creative and strategic thinker capable of enhancing brand storytelling Familiarity with SaaS B2B and developer ecosystems is a plus
