ResponsibilitiesWe’re seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Sr. Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of group events from pre-arrival through on-site coordination. Once a group is confirmed, you’ll serve as the primary on-property liaison, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the on-site point of contact for all group events and retreatsCoordinate logistics including AV, F&B, wellness programming, and vendor servicesCreate and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and group ResumesLead weekly planning meetings with operational departmentsCollaborate with Sales, Programming, and Operations to exceed guest expectationsBuild strong client relationships to encourage repeat businessFlexible schedule suited for a resort environment that may include nights, weekends, and holidaysReports to: Director of Operations

Direct Reports: Conference Services Manager and Conference Services Techs

Must have experience in Delphi, Salesforce and BEOs creation.

Previous hospitality experience is preferable

QualificationsMinimum of an associate degree to two-year equivalent specialized training or experience required. Must have knowledge of position/industry (3-5 years previous experience in same or related field). Required to have a valid driver\\'s license with an acceptable driving history.
