Senior Events Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-sufficient Senior Events Manager to join our dynamic team. What you'll be doing... • Plan and execute strategic events, including trade shows, conferences, seminars, and industry-specific events • Own strategy for ABM events - multiple events per year • Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate 1:1 meetings with prospects during events • Work closely with marketing, sales, and other relevant departments to align event objectives, messaging, and goals • Ensure seamless coordination and communication across teams • Implement creative strategies to enhance attendee engagement, such as interactive activities, workshops, and networking opportunities, to maximize event impact • Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, contract negotiation, budget management, travel arrangements, and on-site coordination • Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze key performance metrics, and generate reports to measure the success of events against established goals • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and ensure Fountain remains at the forefront of event management What you should bring: • 7+ years of experience in event management, with a track record of planning and executing successful events, preferably within the technology or HR industry • Demonstrated experience supporting sales teams and generating 1:1 meetings with prospects during events, resulting in measurable business outcomes • Ability to work independently and proactively, adapting quickly to changing priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure flawless event execution • Proven ability to think strategically, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement innovative event strategies that align with business objectives • Proficient in managing event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and resource allocation while maintaining quality standards • Familiarity with event management software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools to streamline event planning, execution, and performance tracking. • HRtech experience preferred Salary Range: $156,000 - $225,000 USD
