Senior Systems Specialist, Workplace AV & Event Technology (4 Days Onsite- Brentwood, TN)

### The Senior Systems Specialist - Workplace & Event Technology is responsible for the design, operational health, stability, and high performance of all in-building audio-visual systems, hybrid meeting spaces, digital signage, and event technology. Leads technical preparation and live execution for high-visibility town halls, broadcasts, and executive presentations.

* Manages, maintains, and supports all conference room hardware, unified communications setups, digital signage systems, and presentation spaces across the facility.
* Leads live production engineering for high-stakes hybrid meetings, company-wide town halls, webcasts, and on-site executive presentations.
* Works routinely with executive leadership for both on-premises and remote A/V needs, ensuring appropriate use and function.
* Troubleshoots complex audio, video, control system, and network streaming failures in real time with minimal business disruption.
* Partners with facility management and external vendor teams to install, upgrade, and commission new AV hardware and conference room builds.
* Performs routine preventative maintenance, firmware updates, and system health checks on all building AV controllers, displays, and microphones.
* Maintains physical inventory of all AV technology across supported locations.
* Domestic U.S. travel may be required.

*.***Qualifications:**

* Graduate from an accredited college or university with an
Associate's degree in Computer Science is required.
* 3+ years of experience
administering corporate AV infrastructure, unified communications, and live
event technology in a modern workplace setting is required.
* Additional years of
related work experience may be substituted for the required education on a
year-for-year basis.
* Expert knowledge of native Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams
Rooms (MTR), and Cisco Webex Room systems hardware and cloud management portals
is required.
* Practical hands-on experience with control systems, including
Crestron and Extron; digital signal processors, including Shure, Biamp, and
Q-SYS; PTZ cameras; wireless microphones; and video switchers is required.
* Technical familiarity with AV-over-IP standards, including Dante and NDI, and
conference room network connectivity requirements is required.
* Proven ability
to operate under pressure while running live production gear for C-suite
leaders and large audiences is required.
* AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist
(CTS), Crestron Certified Technician, or Q-SYS Level 1/2 Training is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
is required.
