Leigh & Co. Events is an exciting and expanding wedding planning company looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Senior Wedding Planners. Compensation ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, paid per project, as we gear up for our vibrant 2026 season and beyond. As a Senior Wedding Planner, you will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding wedding planning services to couples, particularly on-site. You will work closely with assistant planners to create unforgettable experiences for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing customized wedding timelines • Providing support to couples by alleviating their stress and resolving any issues that may arise on their special day • Overseeing the setup for both the ceremony and reception • Executing flawless day-of operations, from early morning preparations to the final tear down • Welcoming and guiding all vendors on-site • Coordinating with vendors regarding their setups • Arranging seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, guest books, and other décor elements • Assisting the wedding party and family with their needs, questions, or concerns • Ensuring all items such as gifts, guest books, and toasting flutes are properly managed at the end of the event
