Corston Architectural Detail is expanding across North America, and we’re looking for a Set Builder / Skilled Laborer based near Chicago (Hanover Park) to support the fit-out of our showroom and retail spaces — as well as set builds for photoshoots, exhibitions, and brand events.

### Key Responsibilities

* Constructing and fitting out **retail showrooms and exhibition sets** to a premium standard across the US
* Interpreting design briefs and floor plans to build consistent, brand-aligned interiors
* Working across multiple trades: **carpentry, painting, decorating**
* Supporting product display builds, photoshoots, and promotional events
* Traveling to project sites across the U.S., with optional international opportunities
* Taking direction from the Building Manager and staying on budget and on schedule

### Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

* **5+ years of experience** in construction, carpentry, or multi-trade environments
* Solid craftsmanship and high attention to detail
* Comfortable using a wide range of tools and materials
* Understanding of basic safety protocols and construction best practices
* Ability to read and follow design briefs or brand layout standards
* A **valid driver’s license** and reliable transportation
* **Willingness to travel regularly within the U.S.**
