As we continue to expand our presence in the Lehigh Valley area, we are seeking a reliable and results-driven Part-Time Show & Events Coordinator to support our lead generation and local marketing efforts. The Show & Events Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing local consumer events, home shows, and expos. Key Responsibilities: • Research and identify relevant local events, expos, and community shows • Negotiate and secure event space contracts with vendors • Build and maintain an annual calendar of approved events • Recruit, train, and manage a part-time team of Event Demonstrators • Schedule and coordinate staffing for each event • Oversee the transportation, setup, and breakdown of booths and displays • Interact professionally with event attendees and schedule in-home consultations • Collect and manage lead data and contest entries • Follow up on leads to assist with appointment setting • Track and report on event performance, including leads generated and ROI If you are a self-motivated professional who excels in logistics, coordination, and team leadership, and you're looking for a part-time opportunity with long-term potential, we encourage you to apply.
