The Signature Events Coordinator will assist with the planning, coordination and execution of both in-person and virtual community events, with a special priority on signature campus wide, philanthropic, and alumni events. Reporting to the Director of Campus & Community Events this position will help support events that raise the community profile and inspire engagement with Walsh University. Must understand and support the Mission, Vision and Code of Ethical Conduct of Walsh University, as a Catholic higher education university as expressed in Ex Corde Ecclesiae, and possess the following: • Possess excellent project management and customer service skills with strong attention to detail • Superior written, oral and digital communication with varied constituents • Excellent work ethic with a passion for event coordination • Ability to build relationships with internal and external constituents • Ability to multi-task and adapt when a change is required • Ability to work independently and with people at all levels both internally and externally • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekend hours around event time Education: Bachelor's Degree Required.
