In this exciting role, you will oversee all aspects of CCBC’s social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) to deliver targeted messaging to educate and inform the community of the importance of blood donation. Essential Job Duties • Assist with development and management of content for all digital media marketing programs, including but not limited to social efforts, and email campaigns • Conceptualize, strategize, and analyze social media platforms, including content calendars and schedule posts, to expand the exposure, engagement, and presence of CCBC • Coordinate and attend marketing and community events (including but not limited to signature events, volunteer fairs, and health fairs) including overseeing logistics, coordinating with vendors, producing social media content, and ordering marketing collateral • Coordinate event and content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, and database management • Evaluate and monitor social media and campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness • Solicit discounted services and products to be available through the CCBC Incentive Program (donor coupons) • Oversee CCBC’s Volunteer effort, ensuring the day-to-day volunteer assignments by working directly with the Marketing Assistant • Under the direction of the Marketing and Communication Manager, work with Fresno State Service-Learning Groups • Be flexible in schedule of hours worked, including overtime, scheduled weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts when necessary • Attendance and punctuality are essential to this position • Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of individuals. • Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
