Job Summary As a Regional Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating events across Wisconsin and Illinois, overseeing event supply inventory and administrative logistics, participating in on-site company meetings, and identifying and researching new event opportunities. This part-time non-exempt position will play a vital role in promoting our brand and increasing the adoption of solar energy. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and coordinate events across Wisconsin and Illinois • Oversee event supply inventory and administrative logistics • Participate in on-site company meetings • Identify and research new event opportunities • Coordinate with promotional staff and vendors Requirements: • 1+ year of professional event coordination experience • Strong computer skills and Google Suite proficiency • Excellent client service skills and enthusiasm for working with the public • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Physical stamina to lift and move 50 lbs regularly
