Special Event Assistant

You will be an essential part of the Special Events team, responsible for the execution of all non-baseball events at Petco Park, and all private events at The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park, and EVE. All the responsibilities we will trust you with: • Exemplifying our Petco Park Promise: CARE, CONNECT, EXCEED by proactively welcoming all guests to the ballpark and consistently striving to exceed all guests’ expectations • Participating in the set-up, execution and breakdown of various events at Petco Park including but not limited to corporate events, concerts, internal events, and community events • Participating in the set-up, execution and breakdown of various events at The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park, and EVE; sister venues managed by the Padres Special Events team • Communication with contracted vendors as necessary, during event set-up and breakdown
