Role Description OTIIMA USA is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Special Event Coordinator to assist with monthly events on an as-needed basis. The coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of each event, including vendor coordination, setup, teardown, and catering logistics. This role ensures every event runs smoothly and aligns with the high standards of OTIIMA USA.
