We are looking for a Party Coordinator Specialist to help us deliver exceptional experiences to our guests. Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate events, including parties and craft classes • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences • Design and implement event concepts, including decorations, entertainment, and activities • Manage event logistics, including setup, execution, and teardown • Ensure seamless communication with clients, vendors, and store team members • Maintain accurate records and reports of events, including attendance, sales, and client feedback Customer Service: • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests • Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise during events • Collaborate with store teams to promote events and encourage guest engagement
