About Studio Lumière
Studio Lumière is a photo booth experience company based in Boston, delivering elevated activations for a variety of events, galas, and private gatherings. We're looking for a reliable, personable, and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team for on-site event support.
What You'll Do
Assist with the loading, transporting, and setup of photo booth equipment and backdrops before events
Break down and pack up all equipment at the end of each event
Maintain a polished, professional presence on-site as a representative of the Studio Lumière brand
Ensure the photo booth area remains clean, organized, and visually on-brand throughout the event
Provide friendly, guest-facing assistance as needed during activations
What We're Looking For
Punctual and dependable — showing up on time and prepared is everything in events
Comfortable with light physical work (lifting and moving equipment)
Professional appearance and demeanor; you'll be representing a premium brand
Strong communication skills and a warm, guest-friendly attitude
Prior experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
