The primary responsibilities of the Special Events Coordinator revolve around recruiting, planning, and executing a wide range of non-baseball events at Erlanger Park. This role requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a focus on exceeding revenue targets. • Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays • Ability to live and work in Chattanooga, TN • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Strong interpersonal skills • Previous event management or sales experience preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Ability to work in a high-volume and fast paced environment • Clear communication skills • High school diploma or equivalent required
