Primarily responsible for the licensing and regulation of temporary food establishments in conjunction with special events within Tulsa County; inspecting and regulating mobile food establishments and food vending operations; and inspection and licensing of other retail food establishments and/or food manufacturing and processing facilities. Reviews plans for proposed special events and food and institutional establishments, and coordinates special events and inspections for Tulsa County. Coordinates and conducts training sessions and provides technical assistance to municipalities, industry, community groups, and food vendors in conjunction with special events and environmental health programs. Pushing/Pulling: Ability to use arms and/or hands to move objects to and from the body. in order to perform job duties.
