They support special events across Arts NC State units, assist Ticket Central with data analysis and ticketing, and coordinate a range of event types including exhibitions, performances, conferences, and community outreach. Coordinate special events for NC State LIVE, University Theatre, the Gregg Museum of Art & Design, the Crafts Center, the Friends of Arts NC State Board, and ANCS Central Office. Serve as the primary liaison between Arts NC State units and central office for all special event–related communication and support. Attend meetings with Arts NC State units to ensure close coordination between units and special event planning. Ability to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
