Reporting to the Director of Special Events, this position will be involved in all aspects of planning and executing outdoor events on Old Falls Street including marketing, event management and community outreach in the special events sector ... This is a year-round position with a concentration of events running May thru October but also focusing on developing new events and activities in the off-season. • Book entertainment for daily events and activities. • Assist with street vending efforts and administration responsibilities including cash handling/placing food and beverage orders for events. • Ability to work long hours with flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
