Special Events Manager

The Special Events Manager leads the planning and execution of all special events at Sutter Health Park — from sales and budgeting to vendor coordination, permitting, and staffing. Baseball & Facility Responsibilities: • Maintain the Sutter Health Park Facilities Calendar in real time including all facility use and pertinent details for internal reference and planning. • Support the creation and maintenance of Sutter Health Park manifests, presenting them for discussion on a weekly basis, to ensure all stakeholders are up to date on baseball games and event needs. • Minimum 6 years’ experience managing event execution in a multi-use venue setting, including vendor management, permitting/agency communication, developing event floor plans, and event logistics.
