Job Overview This role involves planning, coordinating, and facilitating events within our stores to provide a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for guests. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating multiple events at once, including children's birthday parties and other craft classes or events. • This includes creating an environment of fun and creativity, engaging with clients of all ages, and ensuring that all events meet company standards. • The Event Coordinator will also educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
