What you’ll do: • * Manage all incoming leads via TripleSeat, telephone, email and other channels; assists with managing event software • Close deals and assist guests from start to finish with all event planning needs • Manage annual sales goals for selected restaurants by booking group events • Seek out new sales opportunities and partnerships, initiating action plans and attending networking and community events to procure new business • Build guest loyalty and book repeat business • Communicate with the service team all event details; partners with General Manager and Executive Chef to ensure that each event is flawlessly executed against objectives • Work with the Director of Group Sales and the restaurant operations team to establish pricing for Private Dining menus; keeps competitive pricing with other restaurants and resorts in general vicinity • Book small to large events and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
