Proven experience in event marketing, event planning, or hospitality management Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, guests, and team members Must have reliable transportation Demonstrated ability in budgeting, financial management, and upselling techniques Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Knowledge of event management software tools Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong negotiation skills Must be able to lift, carry, transport, and setup a variety of materials weighing up to 50 lbs Working knowledge of Hawaii Academy and its surrounding community resources preferred Experience supervising students, clients, volunteers, staff, and guests of all ages OysterLink focuses on restaurant and hospitality jobs.
