The role also encompasses supporting OHS fundraising events, data management, monitoring event statistics, maintaining inventory and storage logistics, ensuring compliance with financial processes, and upholding OHS brand and safety protocols throughout all event-related activities. Primary Responsibilities • In collaboration with the Events Manager, manage a Procurement Committee responsible for securing high-quality in-kind donations and packages for OHS fundraising events, including donations for live auctions, silent auctions, and peer-to-peer fundraisers. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate with a diverse population in a consistently educational, positive and professional manner. • Work is performed in an office and medical center/animal shelter environment as well as at various off-site locations such as vendor and event venues.
