Specialist II, GPS Event Planning

As a Specialist II on our GPS Event Planning team, you'll support a broad range of corporate and business needs. Your responsibilities will touch building operations, training, and customer experience, and you'll work to develop tailored event or conference concepts and solutions that meet client needs. You may also be involved in some aspects of event delivery.

Your typical scope will involve working with a team and/or small to mid-size customers. The role asks for someone who can understand and communicate fairly complex information specific to the position, create standard work products that are reviewed by colleagues, and support the achievement of goals independently while simultaneously contributing to team performance.

Problem solving here means initiating analysis and investigation to solve differing but related problems. As a developing professional, you'll build expertise and apply solutions based on experience, identifying the most appropriate options or methods to improve existing approaches.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in that field.
