Major Annual Events • Rumble on the River Soccer Tournament (April) • Summer Multi-Sports Camp (June–July) • Annual Golf Fundraiser (August) • Halloween Havoc Soccer Tournament (Fall) • Indoor Winter Soccer League (November–February) Winter League Administration (November–February) • Schedule league weekends and coordinate field usage in collaboration with the IWSP Facility • Coordinator. Summer Camp Management (June–July) • Schedule camp weeks and coordinate field and/or facility usage with the IWSP Facility Coordinator. Work Schedule & Hours • This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week, structured with flexibility based on the • seasonal event calendar. • The Sports Event Coordinator will maintain set weekly office hours (as determined by the Technical Director) to ensure availability for staff collaboration, planning meetings, and customer support.
